Serana can you marry

Bezixx wrote: Well, it's not only about marrying. During the whole Dawnguard DLC story she seems unique, asks you about family, love and also you can talk with her about herself. But after that she becomes a regular follower with the same options as in case of others. And tbh at this moment despite her personality being exceptional and the best comparing to another people who can accompany you yes, even Frea i would switch her for Kharjo.

After you cure Serana of vampirism nothing changes but ONLY her eyes, she keeps the same spells such as drain, still wears hood outdoors she even does in night They could change it at the first place and give her few new lines when she comments it more positively. And though she essential, she still falls down really quickly, not to mention that she can hit you with any of her spells and infec you with sanguinare vampiris accidentaly.

It's not that i don't like Serana, because she's my most favourite character in the game and the most interesting although the latter fades away as quickly as the DLC ends. Bethesda made all of it to fill the story and didn't even touch her in another aspects, including extending the "romance thing" at least a bit further but they of course were only sticking to marriage in the whole game while this system kinda sucks - "oh you're back from adventures" "hello darling" etc.

Because of this fact it would be irrelevant to make Serana marriagable as she would have all these quotes mentioned above and they didn't want that to happen. But even Kharjo's "Khajiit will follow" doesn't make a bigger difference after you finish DG as you can give him heavy armor, any weapon, shield and be sure that he'll tank everything and never die he has quite big amount of hp considering the fact he's attacked by 50 bandits with highest levels possible.

And he has the same variety od dialogues expect for Serana's biting changing into VL and asking her for bloodcursed arrows times.

Everyone seems to worry tha Serena will become a house wife saying "Hello sweetie", etc. Note that you can't already be married if you want Serana as a wife. So good luck on divorcing your current spouse by any means should you have to resort to this. Serana's spousal benefits are quite complete. She'll provide a home-cooked meal daily, she has the Spouse Merchant ability , and has unique, fully-voiced dialogue.

Check out the main mod page for a complete list of what's included in the mod, and what's planned for future updates. If you'd rather cuddle a werewolf, look at our guide on marrying Aela the Huntress.

These are the slightly unconventional methods you'll have to undertake in order to marry Serana in Skyrim , but if you want to marry her that badly, there's simply no other way round the limitations that Bethesda have placed on marrying vampires. In the main story of the Dawnguard expansion, Harkon will meet his death.

Then you will need to talk to Serana. Then the standard marriage options should be enabled in the same way as other NPCs you can marry in Skyrim. To marry Serana, you must be single. You cannot play back and forth in Skyrim. So if you have a partner, you will be forced to divorce in any way. Good luck. Most likely you will not regret it, well the benefits of getting married with Serana, they are quite attractive.

Yes, you get Serana as a follower either way. If you side with the Dawnguard she will come to Fort Dawnguard while you are away and tell you of the prophecy. You and Serana will go find a moth priest to read her Elder Scroll then go into Castle Volkiar to find her mother, Valerica. If you sided with the Dawnguard she will be Fort Dawnguard. Do NOT try to visit the castle before Serana brings you there. You need to finish the Dawnguard questline for her to go away. She will choose to stay by your side until it is finished.

Serana is a quest follower. She cannot be dismissed until the end of the questline. You need to either talk to her and tell her to follow, or continue with the quest and when it finishes, then you can get her back again. After that type enable and click enter. Also, make a side note somewhere when you first click her as to what her Ref ID is just in case. She should be fixed when she gets back up. This is resetting the aggression value and she should behave as usual.
